Why Players Believe Party poker Cheats.
Does Party Poker Cheat? I hear this statement a lot and to be honest
with you, I'm not surprised people say that Party Poker Cheats all the
time. Let's see if we can debunk a few of the common Party Poker Myths
and gain your faith in Party Poker, and other poker sites, once again.
The first attack on Party Poker I hear is: Party Poker rigs the
hands so that more action is created during a game. -False
The problem with this myth is simple: Party Poker has no need to rig
hands. First of all they make plenty, and I do mean plenty, of money as
it is. All they would accomplish by doing this is loosing players and
most likely being sued and going out of business. Party Poker is the
largest online poker room and we know they don't want to risk that
reputation when they don't need to. They are a publicly traded
company on The London Stock Exchange. To think that rigging hands to
create more action is the same as thinking dealers at a live casino
create bigger pots by trick shuffling the deck. You are way more
likely to be cheated at a live poker room/casino than by Party Poker.
Party Poker makes bad beats happen so people go on tilt and play
more. - False
Again with the first response. Why? This makes little since. The reason
you see more bad beats on Party Poker than on TV or in a live poker game
at your local casino, is because you are seeing about 4 times as many
hands an hour than at a live poker game. This means you will see 4 times
as many bad beats at Party Poker. If you play multiple table than you
can double or triple that number. Bad beats are part of the game. They
happen all the time whether live or online.
Party Poker has robots playing to get games started. - True and False
The reason I said true and false is that most poker rooms, online and
off, have what are called "prop players" These players play at the
tables to get action started and then move to another table with no
players and so on. The thing about this is they play with their own
money and usually the only payment they get online is some or all of
their rake back. Live casinos have the same prop players during slow
hours to help stimulate games. This just gets people playing. This is
not Party Poker Cheating. Not to mention that Party Poker is the last
poker room to need prop players because at any given time they have
between 70.000 and 100,000 poker players online playing. Other smaller
rooms are more prone to prop players.
There is software that allows people to see other players cards on
Party Poker - False
This one is the best. I see the ads all the time. "See your opponents
hand on Party Poker", Cheat at Party Poker by viewing players hands:.
These "systems" are everywhere and most importantly, they are all
complete crap. Allow me to explain this in a few different ways. If I
was a genius and figured out a way to view all my opponents’ hands on
Party Poker and didn’t think this was immoral or wrong, why would I sell
my ingenious idea or system for $49 to anybody on the Internet just so I
could get caught? Oh yea! I probably wouldn’t. First you have to know
that it would be considered illegal. Yes it would be illegal.
Cheating at gambling came can be considered illegal. Second you would
never give that information up if you had it. You would never risk
getting caught if you are making millions playing party poker by ripping
other players off would you?
Also, think about this. You
would need to get information from every player at your table within
seconds. This is nearly impossible. The Party Poker server does not send
the same information to every computer, it only sends your hand to you
and your opponents hand to them. You can’t intercept this unless you
knew exactly where it was going and even then would be damn near
unattainable. This myth is the most common scare tactic out there. Be
assured that no one is looking at your cards expect you..
Does Party Poker really cheat? As you can see it is highly unlikely that
Party Poker would ever cheat or that other players could have the
capability to cheat. Don’t rush out and purchase those scam eBooks about
beating party poker by cheating. It’s just a scam to beat you out of
your hard earned poker bank roll.
